Hi Stampers, it is time for another Totally Techniques Blog and this month we are focusing on the Watercolor Spritz Technique.
The card I am sharing with you today is using the Dragonfly Dreams Bundle. I am guessing you are just like me and LOVE to save money, well the exciting news is when you purchase a Stampin’ Up! bundle, you get it at a discounted price, pretty cool huh. Anyway, let’s get on to showing and telling you a little about the card I have made.
This is a nice, quick and easy technique to do and a lot of fun. All you need to do is stamp the background with a solid image (like a splatter) and then spritz it with water and watch the ink run. It is a lot of fun watching the ink spread and every card looks so different. I have used the splatter from the Gorgeous Grunge Stamp set. Now you may be wondering how to do this really cool technique, if so then pop on over and check out Kim Peck’s fantastic video.
For some more inspiration make sure you pop on over and visit the rest of the design team and check out their fabulous card ideas, you can do this by clicking on the next or previous button below. Let’s start by looking at the gorgeous card Amy Koenders has come up with this month.
