It’s time for another Global Fancy Folds Blog Hop, and this month we are showcasing the Tunnel Card. Make sure you check out what the rest of the design team have come up with, the cards are amazing.
I am so excited that it is the middle of May already, you may wonder why. Well for two reasons the first is it is time for another Fancy Fold blog hop where you get to see some fabulous cards. This month we are focusing on the Tunnel Card fancy fold. The second reason is that it is not long to go before the new catalogue is released and believe me there are some exciting things in it. I bet you want a bit of a sneak peak, well that is exactly what I am going to be doing today.
Don’t you just love the new in-colors 🙂 I know I do, let’s start by letting you know the new in-color names and how I used them.
Peekaboo Peach – small flower (coloured with marker) large flower (water coloured)
Flirty Flamingo – large flower (water coloured)
Sweet Sugarplum – small flower (coloured with marker)
Emerald Envy – leaves (water coloured)
Dapper Denim – did not use
I stamped the flowers and leaves on scrap Shimmery White card, coloured and cut them out.
I added some silver thread before shaping and adhering the flower with glue dots.
The tunnel fold is so easy to do and the end result is fabulous, a neat surprise when you open the card.
I thought the side panels looked a little plain so I embossed them.
