I can’t believe it is February already, they say time flys when you are having fun and that is exactly what we have been doing with my daughter over the holidays but in doing that I have not had as much spare time to craft ooops. Anyway I am back into it again and the card that I am sharing with you today was made using the Sky is the Limit stamp set, the exciting news is you can get this set free when you place an order of $110 during Sale-A-Bration, but you better get in quick as it is only available until the 15th February.
I created the background by sponging Wild Wasabi and Pacific point over one of the Happy Pattern Decorative Masks making sure not to sponge any ink on the bottom right corner giving me a place to stamp that cute little plane. It is such a quick, easy and fun way to add a little colour to your project and you can add as much or little ink as you like. I added the colour to the plane using a blender pen and ink pads and then painted a little Wink of Stella over the top to make the plane image pop a little.
I lightly sponged the ink over the decorative mask on the inside just to give it a hint of colour and then stamped and coloured the plane image over the top.
Sky is the Limit Card was created using the following Stampin’ Up! products
I also wanted to share a fabulous video that my friend Sandi MacIver made showing you how to create clouds using the Tree Builder Punch and the same cute little plane image. She has some wonderful videos so make sure you check them all out.
