Sketched Birthday card – SB70

Hi everyone, it is time for another Stamping and Blogging sketch challenge and this time I decided to use the Sketched Birthday stamp set. Here is my card for SB70.
Sketched Birthday magic card
When I saw the sketch for this weeks challenge I decided it would be fun to make a magic card.
I love how the image changes from black and white to coloured.  Here is a photo of the card pulled out half way so that you can see the difference.
Sketched Birthday magic card half outI love showing magic cards to people that have never seen one before as their reaction can be priceless lol.  Here is a close up photo of the fully coloured image.
Sketched Birthday magic card fully outI stamped and sponged the background card in the colours I used on the cake and cut the saying out and adhered it by placing a dimensional in the center and tape on each end to create a curved effect.
Sketched Birthday close upand here is a picture of this weeks sketch that I designed my card from.

That is witchcraft or black magic or something! How clever, I really need to have a go at this style of card!

Thanks for the lovely comment 🙂 I am a bit pushed for time at the moment as crafting is still very limited due to recent wrist injury that I am still receiving treatment for but I do plan on sharing tutorials on different techniques etc so will include this as one of them. Google Magic card and you will find instructions on a way to make this type of card.
