It is time for another fabulous Fancy Fold Blog Hop and this month we are focusing on the Peek A Boo Flap Card.  This is a super fun fold and very easy to do.  Make sure you check out all the other cards the rest of the design team have come up with, I am sure you are going to love them all.

If you have never done the Peek A Boo Flap fold before (like me) then you defiantly have to give it a go.  It is very easy to do and has such a wow factor to it.  For today’s share, I decided the Sealed with Love stamp set would be perfect because it has loads of small fun images in it.

I held the flap shut using a small magnet but you also have the option of popping a small image up on a dimensional which allows you to pop the little pointed flap under the image to hold it closed.
I kept the background nice and simple by just stamping some hearts.  To hide the magnet I covered it with cream card and then popped a couple of hearts on top.

I love how the Peek A Boo Flap Card opens again, pretty cool huh.  But to make it even more exciting I decided to turn it into a little Gift Card Holder.  Did you notice that my version was a little smaller than the others, well now you know the reason why lol.

Do you like how I stamped the hearts (by inking an embossing folder) on the piece of card before slipping it in behind the pocket?  It just looked a little plain otherwise. I then stapled the little pocket before I adhered the front flap to the right side of the gift card holder.  France Martin has made a fabulous video showing you how to make this fold.
