No Bones About It card for SB115

Hi everyone, I don’t know about you, but it has been freezing around our house lately, especially with the central heating deciding to pack up, grrrr talk about bad timing, it would have to happen on one of the coldest weeks ever lol.  Anyway, the weather brought out my silly sense of humour.  Every time I looked at the No Bones About It set I could not help but laugh and think the little dinosaur is chilled to the bones just like me lol, so naturally I could not resist using it for this week’s Stamping and Blogging Sketch Challenge.  Here is my card for SB115.

I am loving the new Color Me Irresistable Designer Series Paper, it mainly comes in white but it also has a variety of different colours included in the pack, for today’s share I am using the black sheet for the background.  I stamped the solid dinosaur image in Black Memento ink and then heat embossed the little dinosaur bones using white embossing powder, I think it really makes the image pop.  Check out the fabulous card that Amy made recently, now you know where I got the idea from.

I will be sharing some different ways that you can colour the white sheets over the next few weeks, so make sure you pop back in to check them out, you may learn something new.
Here is the photo of this week’s sketch challenge that I designed my card from.  You can join in the fun, make a card and share it with us, for more information go to Sketch and Blog Challenge.

funny story the “chilled to the bone”, not funny that the heat went out, so sorry, hope that you guys can get it fixed quickly. You have certainly had a run of it lately girlfriend, hopefully this is 3 and you can move on from the bad stuff…LOVE your card, and I agree, I’m all over that paper too, it’s awesome.
