I got this lovely card from my friend Kristine and it is awesome. I love the way that Kristine altered the Perfect Polka Dots embossing folder using a chipboard frame so that the centre of the card is not embossed. This is another technique that I will be teaching in my Big Shot classes.

I think the little Scollop Envelope Bigz Die is sooo cute and versitile. Did you know that you can make such a cute little basket using the Scollop Envelope Die, this is ideal for putting little gifts in for Easter, Christmas etc. I have used the Cottage Wall Designer Series Paper, I just love this paper pack and the stamps from Cottage Garden. This is one of the projects I will be teaching in my Big Shot class, let me know if you are interested in Attending.

I love the simplicity of this little card, nice and easy to make but still elegant. This is another one I cased from Kristines swaps, not sure who made it but I love it, I have changed the colours and used a different punch. This is one of the quick and easy cards that I am teaching in my class this month so give me a call or send me an email if you are interested in attending.

Cute little hanging Scollop Envelope |

|
This little hanging Scollop Envelope was made up using the Scollop Envelope Bigz Die and the Top Note Die for the background, I also used the little flower and butterfly stamps from the Cottage Garden set on the clear blocks (you can still purchase the wooden blocks if you prefer). Using the clear blocks is definitely going to have alot of advantages, I am so excited about all the wonderful new Products Stampin' Up! are bringing out.

Cute little Tea Bag Holder |

|
One of my friends Kristine was recently involved in a team swap and she brought them over to show me, I loved the little Tea Bag holder that Sam made so decided to make one up myself, Sam is such a talented lady.
This was made using the Top Note and Scollop Envelope Bigz Dies. I changed the colours and also decided to use the Perfect Polka Dots embossing folder on the bottom part of the tea bag holder. I then daubered the raised dots to give it a bit more dimension. I used the Cottage Wall DSP for the scolloped circle and the stamped image is a Level 1 hostess set so if you would like to get a set for FREE get in contact with me, it is very easy to do. I also used Crystal effects on the stamped image to turn it into a domed embellishment.
This would also be ideal for a place setting at a wedding or as a small gift, if you would like to learn how to make it let me know.

When I saw all the new goodies in the latest mini catalogue I could not wait to get my hands on them and start creating. I love the Big Shot Die-Cutting Machine and I am sure you will too as soon as you see some of the wonderful things you can do with it. Stampin' Up! have also brought in Clear Blocks for stamps yay, these are nicely shaped so very easy to hold, new types of punches and lots of different stamps etc the list just goes on and on. If you would like to see the things in the new mini click on the picture of the catalogue or if you would like a hard copy just let me know.
Anyway now I am going to show you some of the wonderful things I have made using the Big Shot machine and latest product.
Here is a cute little Rabbit box that I made up for Easter, my friend Juliette brought it over and showed me and I just had to case it, it is so adorable, thanks Juliette.

We also have 3 new cardstock colours and this is one of them, Soft Suede is such a versatile colour.

Here is a photo of the Gable Gift box that I taught recently in one of my classes (you can still request this class by clicking HERE). I personally love making little boxes that you can put gifts in because it makes a change from wrapping your gift in paper. I used the Butterfly Prints stamp set and the Butterfly punch that is in our current mini Summer catalogue (available for purchase until the 31st March), it so much easier than having to cut them out by hand.

This little card is soooo adorable, I really enjoyed making it because it is totally different from a standard card. I got the idea from one I saw on Jackie Topia blog, she is such a talented lady. The picture below is what it looks like to start with before you turn the tag around.

The next picture is when it is partially turned (note how the green tag has moved)

and last but not least is when it is fully turned, how cool is that you get a totally different picture.

Merry Christmas |

Here is a photo of the Christmas card that I made to give to my team. I wanted to do something a little different, it took a long time doing all the cutting etc but worth the effort. It looks like a penguin march when all the cards are lined up lol. I wanted to make a few more for some of the wider team but sadly have run out of time, that will teach me for leaving things to the last minute but like most people there are so many things that need doing and not enough hours in the day.
Anyway I want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Crimped Envelope Pocket Pouch |

|
It is funny because when you tell your friends that you are going to make a crimped envelope pocket and card they usually think "is that it, boring!!" lol but when they see it they love it. I love Stampin' Up! envelopes because the quality of them is fantastic so you can use them for more than just placing a card in. Making this crimped envelope pouch is quick, easy but very effective and is ideal for putting a card in, money, vouchers etc. There are a few different things you can make using the envelopes so if you want to know more give me a call.
