Elebration is just so cute Print E-mail
Friday, 11 November 2011

I just wanted to share with you another cute little stamp called Elebration which is also sold separately.  I think it is such an adorable little stamp, I decided to stamp the little elephant on Sahara Sand and cut it out and this is how it turned out :-)  I also made another card using the same stamp set that I will put up on my site within the next week so pop back and have a look.

Blossom Party die Card Print E-mail
Friday, 04 November 2011

I just love the Stampin' Up! Blossom Party die (actually I love all their dies lol) as using the Big Shot makes creating cards so easy.  I decided to make this one using one of my favourite colour combinations.  As you can see I cut out the flower and then used the negitive as a flower as well by mounting it onto a piece of card,  I then used my dauber to soften the effect.

Wedding Invitation Print E-mail
Friday, 14 October 2011

It is around now that so many people need to start thinking about making their wedding invitations so I thought I would share with you a different but really neat one that I saw on Dawn Griffith website.  I used the Shimmer White cardstock but you could easily spray it with Shimmer Paint and get pretty much the same effect, it is so easy to make and yet so effective.

and here is a close up of the Bride and Groom hearts, I think they are so lovely.  Thanks for sharing your wonderful project with us all Dawn.

I love the way this one turned out as well, thanks for the tip on creating the scollops around the Large Oval Helen it works a treat.  I used shimmer paint on the background and then sponged Riding Hood Red and a small amount of Basic Black over the top.
