Hey Girl card for SB118

Hi everyone, for this week’s Stamping and Blogging Sketch Challenge I decided to use the Hey Girl stamp set, the little pooch dog is just so stinkin’ cute, actually it looks just like the neighbours one, minus the bow lol.  Here is my card for SB118.

I love the recipe that Shelagh shared with us last week, the KISS recipe lol (keep it simple silly), such a fun saying.  Well, since I always do as I am told (hehe) that is exactly what I did, I kept this card nice and simple.  I started by scoring some lines along the bottom portion of the background piece of card and added some Washi Tape.  After stamping the cute little pooch, I added some colour using my blender pen and ink pad.

Thanks Sandi 🙂 I wanted to keep the base card all one colour and thought scoring the lines would work well, pleased you like it.
