It is time for another fabulous Fancy Fold Blog Hop and this month we are focusing on the Envelope Punch Gift Card Holder. This is a super fun fold and very easy to do. Make sure you check out all the other cards the rest of the design team have come up with, I am sure you are going to love them all.
One of my favourite folds would have to be the Envelope Punch Gift Card Holder. It is quick and easy to make but has such a wow factor about it. I love watching the expression on a person’s face when they open their card and the little gift card pops up to greet them.
I have used the Penned & Painted stamp set on this card and sadly it will be retiring at the end of May or while supplies last, so if you like it you better get in quick. I inked the flower using So Saffron ink, lightly daubered around the edge using Delightful Dijon ink and then stamped the flower onto scrap card. I cut the flower out and shaped it to give it a 3D effect before adhering to the card front.
I wrapped the Urban Underground Washi Tape around the base of the card to hold the flap closed and then the inside pouch that holds the gift card tucks inside the little flap, pretty cool aye.
And here is what the card looks like side on.
Don’t you just love the Penned & Painted Stamp Set, here is a little more information about it.
