I can’t believe a week has gone by already, that means it’s Stamping and Blogging Sketch Challenge time again. It’s always fun creating cards from sketches, why don’t you join in too, check out Sketch and Blog Challenge for more information. Well, frustratingly I am still limited with what I can do BUT that did not stop me getting out and playing in my craft room. This week I have used the Butterfly Basics Bundle and the background stamp from You’ve Got It, they work so well together. Here is my card for SB107.
I am loving the sketch this week, it really got me stumped thinking. Anyway, I decided it was about time I wiped the dust of my Stamp-a-ma-jig and used it again, so I could create the exact look I was after. Are you wondering what a Stamp-a-ma-jig is? Well, it is a really cool tool that is perfect for making sure you stamp your images exactly where you want them to be, feel free to contact Patrice if you have any questions.
I used the handheld stapler to create the antennas and added the smallest size basic metal button to the center of the butterfly, I kinda like the end result, what do you think?
As always I added a few stamped images to the inside of the card as well.
Here is a photo of this week’s sketch challenge that I designed my card from.
