I have some exciting news to share with you all. Sandi MacIver has asked me to join the design team for the Stamping and Blogging Sketch Challange. I have used the Bloom with Hope and Work of Art stamp sets for this challenge. Here is my first card, which is for sketch #68.
I used the Blendabilities to colour the flowers and then clear embossed over the top to enhance the colour. I also coloured the little pearls that are in the center of the flowers using the Blendabilities, how awesome is that. I spots on the background card is from the Gorgeous Grunge set. I stamped the ink off on scrap paper first before stamping to create a lighter shade of Pumpkin Pie.
Here is a photo of the sketch we worked from.
Now it’s time for you to go and see what all the other talented ladies on the design team came up with.

Thanks Marine 🙂 I am looking forward to creating with you all. I emboss before using Crystal Effects as well, stops the colour from running.
