Our Little Artist Scrapbook page

I wanted to scrapbook these adorable photo so decided to created a artist scrapbook page.  It all started on a lovely sunny day, so I put Our Little Artist and her easel outside so that she could create her master piece.  She had such a lovely time and I got a lot of pleasure just sitting there watching her.  I took so many photos that I ended up having to make a double page layout.

Since I did not have a paint brush stamp I decided to make my own paint brush.  I cut different coloured cardstock in the shape of a brush, put some card on the end of the brush to make it look like paint and then covered it all with Crystal Effects.  After I did that I then Cut Strips to create the words and naturally put Crystal Effects on to tie it all together.

Since I had so many photos that I wanted to use I made a second layout and here it is.

I thought it would be fun putting some of the photos into frames and I wanted the frames to look like metal so I did this by swiping the white inkpad over the top of the grey cardstock, folded the corners a little to form a small crease and then stamp the speckled image over the top.  I also love the beautiful coloured Rhinestone Brads and they finished the layout off so nicely.
