Hi everyone, for this week’s Stamping and Blogging Sketch Challenge I have used the Amazing Birthday stamp set to make a card a special man in my life. You may be thinking ahhh Gary, well yes I agree I am lucky to have a wonderful hubby, but that is not who I am talking about this time around :-). I am talking about my Dad, he recently turned 80 so this is the card I made for him, hopefully he realises just how special he is. Here is the card or SB111.
Well I guess by now you can figure out the date of his actual birthday lol, and using one of the wood veneer words from the Expressions Natural Elements was a must, after all “celebrate” is exactly what we did. The word toned in perfectly with the new Corrugated Paper so naturally I could not resist using that either, I must admit I kinda like the end result.
I kept the inside pretty simple.
Here is the photo of this week’s sketch challenge that I designed my card from. You can join in the fun, make a card and share it with us, for more information go to Sketch and Blog Challenge.
